GENERAL CONDITIONS REFUNDABLE RATE
Payment of the deposit by bank transfer. The booking will be confirmed only after the arrival of the bank transfer.

The deposit (equal to 30% of the amount of the stay) must be paid within 3 days after sending the booking.

The booking will be active for a maximum of 3 days from booking date. If payment will be not made by this deadline, the booking will be automatically canceled.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS REFUNDABLE RATE
Cancellation up to 22 days before arrival: the deposit will be returned.
- From 21 to 4 before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded. It can be used to book a stay to be completed by 31.12 of the year of the canceled booking.
- From 3 to 0 days before arrival / early departure / late arrival / no-show: charge of the total amount of the stay (100%).
